We are continually trying to improve our processes for the private barrel club. One of the problems we continue to see is that announcement emails or sale links end up in Spam or Promotion folders. I’ve finally figured out a way to make sure NOTHING from an @bourbonpursuit.com email address will never go to Spam ever again. Plus you will even have some fancy labels attached to them so it looks like this:

The process laid out here shows Gmail. The same type of filter should apply to using Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.

Step 1. Go to your settings. There are 3 vertical dots in your inbox that will take you to all Settings

The screen should now look like this.

Step 2. Go to Labels, Create a New Label, Enter the label name “Bourbon Pursuit” and click on Create

Step 3. Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses. Scroll to the bottom. Click on Create a New Filter

Step 4. In the FROM box type @bourbonpursuit.com and click on Create Filter

Step 5. Apply the label: Bourbon Pursuit, click on Never send it to Spam, and click on Always mark it as important. Then Click on Create Filter

Step 6. Assign a label color by going back to the inbox, click on the 3 dots for the label and then assign a label color.
